Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of onthescroll.ai and your registration for the OnTheScroll workshop and any related paid offers (the “Services”), provided by OnTheScroll (“we,” “us,” or “OnTheScroll”). Read them before you register.

Acceptance

By registering for the workshop, purchasing a paid offer, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

What we offer

We run a free live workshop that teaches business owners how to install an agentic growth system for booking more sales calls and appointments. Registration is free, and attendance is optional.

We also offer an optional paid VIP upgrade with additional materials and access. The VIP upgrade is clearly priced before purchase and is entirely optional; you can attend the free workshop without it. Paid purchases are handled by our checkout provider, and any refund terms are stated at the point of sale.

Workshop dates, content, and bonuses may change. We may reschedule or update a session and will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants.

No earnings or results guarantee

The strategies we teach reflect our own experience and that of clients we have worked with. They are presented for educational purposes. We make no guarantee that you will book more appointments, generate revenue, or achieve any specific result. Your outcomes depend on factors we do not control, including your market, offer, effort, and execution.

Any examples, case studies, or figures shared are illustrative and are not promises of future performance. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

Intellectual property

All workshop content, recordings, slides, frameworks, templates, text, and branding are owned by OnTheScroll or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for your own business. You may not record, reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute our materials without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• register using false information or someone else’s details;
• disrupt, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems;
• copy, scrape, or redistribute our content for competing or commercial purposes without permission; or
• use the Services for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnTheScroll and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OnTheScroll is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
