Privacy Policy

This policy explains what OnTheScroll (“we,” “us,” or “OnTheScroll”) collects when you visit onthescroll.ai or register for our free live workshop, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@onthescroll.ai and a real person will answer.

What we collect

When you register for the workshop through our opt-in form, you give us your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. You provide these directly, and only what you type.

As you browse, we also collect standard technical information that most websites log: your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is gathered through cookies and analytics tools described below.

How we use it

We use your name, email, and phone number to confirm your seat and send you workshop reminders and related follow-ups by email and SMS. These messages are sent through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, our customer-messaging platform. We may also use your information to share relevant offers, including our optional paid VIP upgrade, and to improve the workshop itself.

Standard message and data rates may apply to texts. You can stop emails anytime via the unsubscribe link, and stop texts by replying STOP. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your session, and measure how our pages and ads perform. That includes the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand which ads lead to registrations and lets us show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You can control cookies through your browser settings and adjust ad preferences inside your Meta account. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.

Third parties we share with

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to run the workshop and this site. They process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — stores your registration and sends email and SMS reminders.
• Meta — ad delivery and conversion measurement via the Meta Pixel.
• Google — analytics and advertising measurement.
• Vercel — hosting, performance, and traffic analytics for this site.

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We share only what is needed for them to do their job, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain your registration details for as long as you are an active contact or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Technical and analytics logs are kept for a limited period in line with each provider’s defaults, then aged out. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email hello@onthescroll.ai. We will confirm and act on your request within a reasonable timeframe. You can also unsubscribe from any email or text without contacting us, using the links and keywords in those messages.

Children

OnTheScroll is built for business owners and operators. The site and workshop are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear before they take effect.
